SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Responsible for disbursements, shipping, receiving, tracking and maintaining inventory, repair and return, and identification of parts and supplies. Perform all clerical functions related to the performance of these duties. Perform all other duties as assigned.  This is an Extra Board position and its weekly hours are guaranteed at 40 per week but the work shifts are subject to change daily depending on staffing requirements. This will require a person to be able and willing to work any day and or any shift as needed 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
  • Comply with Safety and Material Management policies.
  • Answer Phones.
  • Monitor and create reservations from walk-in customers.
  • Multitasking.
  • Logging and reporting of all disbursements recieved through Material Control
     

 

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience using SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability in multi-tasking and meeting deadlines as assigned.
     

 

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be able to operate material handling equipment and be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
  • Must be capable of using OHSA forklift.
  • Must complete DOT HAZMAT certification.
     

COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

 

The hourly range is $27.62 – $36.83 (with opportunity for increases, as per the applicable collective bargaining agreement, after beginning employment).
