Duties: Develop high quality software systems by analyzing requirements, providing technical design, developing software, and supporting testing and deployment. Organize and document technical requirements. Create technical design specifications and assist in sizing technical requirements.
Work with customers to develop and analyze application packages and tools and determine optimum functionality requirements to meet those needs. Collaborate with enterprise architect and infrastructure to integrate applications and hardware. Ensure that the design and application implementation meet security and QA standards. Evaluate new application packages and tools and provide multiple recommendations for the solutions. Evaluate existing applications and platform and provide recommendations for system enhancements by conducting gap analysis, identifying feasible alternative solutions, and assisting in the scope of modifications. Participate on teams that outline the process and discover improvements that can be realized through the application solution. Assist with the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and fixes. Implement integration plans and interface with testing teams to incorporate plans into integration testing process. Define, develop, or modify software application modules or enterprise-wide software systems using disciplined development processes. Review modules for quality assurance and check compliance with application architecture standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Provide ongoing maintenance of applications.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include each of the following: 1) Web and Cloud experience including HTTP, Mail, REST, DB, and Data Modeling; 2) Algorithms, data structures, design patterns and programming languages; 3) Experience in Web application, Windows application, Microservices and Cloud servicing platforms; 4) Expertise in C# and VB programming language using Microsoft Visual studio IDE; 5) Web and windows application development using ASP.Net, CSS and SQL server; 6) Knowledge in Salesforce Lightning Web components (LWC), Apex, Triggers, Aura Framework, Soap, Json and Rest APIs; 7) Experience in client-side programming language including JavaScript, jQuery and Nodejs; 8) DevOps and deployments process using Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins and Visual Studio code; 9) Story creation, estimation, documentation, Test data management and task management using Jira and Confluence tool; 10) COTS software implementation and support, including video and access control; 11) Hands on experience in Amazon web services Infrastructure; 12) Agile methodologies and techniques including SCRUM and SAFE frameworks. Must be available at various, unanticipated work locations throughout the United States.
